About this project

AO Mobile is an easy way for customers to pay, manage account information, and manage policies manually.

The Process

AO Mobile was created more recently than AmTrust's other apps, but it was still in need of drastic updating of flows and design for a better user experience. Beta testers also found it clunky and slow. We started with information architecture to define the user's journey.

Smooth sailing.

By updating the UI and drastically cleaning up the payment process, AO’s mobile app now has a smooth, workable flow for AmTrust customers. I proposed changes for payment and onboarding flows to reflect changes in other applications.

The Results

AO Mobile was reimagined into a workflow that has strong cohesion with AmTrust's web and desktop applications. By establishing this consistency we are able to create trust and respect from our consumers.
